Restaurant Meän Paikka is located in the Hotel Kolari. In the hotel you will stay comfortably in newly renovated rooms, for example, on your way to the northern Norway. Our location by the road E8, right next to Swedish border and Muonio river's shore offers amazing settings also for fishing trips. Finland's northernmost railway station is located only 300 meters away from the hotel so arriving here is really easy also with a train.
The Kolari area offers beautiful and authentic tiny "lake villages" to visit especially during summer and autumn time. In the winter time hotel's location is perfect for snowmobiling. Snowmobile tracks starts right front of the hotel and also Neste petrol station is right next to the hotel. Peaceful tracks and Sweden's deep snow snowmobiling possibilities are easily attainable from the hotel.
Rooms are equipped with TV, shower and WC. Some of the rooms have a fridge. We have two saunas available for customers. Room rates from 95 Eur / night / single room and 135 Eur / night / twin room.
